The exodraft CHR-P is a compact air-to-water heat recovery unit with integrated secondary flow which has been specifically designed to utilize the energy in hot flue gas or processed air.
The heat exchanger, made of stainless steel and copper, is the core of the unit. It is robust and has an effective heat transmission.
The uniquely patented design ensures a particularly high degree of efficiency and is especially suitable for use with condensates.
The heat exchanger can be delivered in a combination of stainless steel and nickel for use in acidic and basic environments.
Due to its rugged design, the heat exchanger can easily be cleaned with a high pressure cleaner (up to 200 bar).
To avoid operation interruptions during cleaning, another heat exchanger can be ordered and this can be installed while the primary heat exchanger is cleaned.
Space saving design with integrated safety
The heat exchanger is mounted in a stainless steel enclosure with integrated secondary flow function.
In the case of overheating in the system or when the desired temperature is reached in the buffer tank, the secondary flow valve is activated, and the hot process air/hot steam is fed directly into the chimney avoiding the heat exchanger.
The compact design ensures that the exodraft CHR-P only requires minimal space and can be installed in close conjunction with a heat-producing unit.
